In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires. References to "phdraem," "we," "us," or "our" refer to the phdraem platform and its operating entity. References to "you," "your," or "Player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the phdraem platform.

By accessing the phdraem platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phdraem platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register an Account and use the phdraem platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines and is strictly enforced. Players under 21 are prohibited from registering or participating in any real-money activity on phdraem.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of phdraem is lawful in your location.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of phdraem or any of its affiliated game providers, technology partners, or payment processors.
• You must not have a current self-exclusion order in effect with phdraem or any PAGCOR-regulated platform that extends to phdraem.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the phdraem platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different device profiles, or different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, phdraem reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings, and report the matter to PAGCOR where required.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdraem Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via SMS. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phdraem will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact phdraem support immediately via live chat.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal from a phdraem Account, the Player must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include UMID, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, and Philippine passport. phdraem reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC within the required period may result in withdrawal suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phdraem accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank online banking, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). phdraem reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment methods.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit amounts per transaction are subject to payment method limits and your current Account tier. Deposits are credited to your phdraem Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take 15 to 60 minutes. phdraem does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. All withdrawals are subject to KYC completion. Withdrawal processing times are estimated as follows: GCash and PayMaya — 5 to 30 minutes; BDO, BPI, and Metrobank — 1 to 8 hours; USDT — 15 to 60 minutes following blockchain confirmation.

phdraem reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests may be declined or suspended if the Account has outstanding KYC documentation requirements, active bonus wagering obligations, or if the request triggers anti-money laundering protocols.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the phdraem platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless a crypto payment method is selected, in which case the transaction is processed in the relevant cryptocurrency and converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion rates are determined by phdraem and are not negotiable.

6.1 Game Availability and Fairness

All games available on the phdraem platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified by the respective game providers' certification bodies. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent the theoretical long-term statistical return for each game and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

6.2 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, communication failure, or system interruption that affects the outcome or processing of a wager, phdraem reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. phdraem is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Individual game minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, Player Account tier, and active promotional conditions. phdraem reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. VIP tier players may be eligible for higher bet limits subject to separate VIP program terms.

6.4 Suspicious Wagering Patterns

phdraem monitors wagering activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage, coordinated betting, or other conduct that misrepresents normal gaming activity. Where such patterns are identified, phdraem reserves the right to withhold winnings pending investigation, close the Account, and forfeit any bonus-related winnings.

phdraem offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prize pools, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion as communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to your Account separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.
• The standard wagering requirement for bonuses is stated clearly in the applicable promotion terms. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding these requirements before opting in.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed by any means other than through completion of the stated wagering requirements.
• phdraem reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the Player opting in.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Exploiting bonus structures through low-risk wagering strategies, coordinated betting, use of multiple accounts, or other forms of bonus abuse is prohibited. Where phdraem determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdraem platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities.

• Underage gambling: Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 21.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment instruments, or misrepresenting your identity during KYC.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino table games.
• Use of bots or automation: Using any software, algorithm, bot, artificial intelligence, or automated system to interact with phdraem games or the platform in a manner not sanctioned by phdraem.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in phdraem's systems to gain an advantage or cause disruption.
• Money laundering: Using the phdraem platform as a vehicle for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime as defined under Philippine law.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider relating to legitimate phdraem transactions.
• Circumventing restrictions: Accessing the phdraem platform in violation of any applicable geographic restriction, self-exclusion order, or Account suspension.

9.1 Suspension by phdraem

phdraem reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (b) failure to complete KYC within the required period; (c) reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering; (d) receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player; (e) direction from PAGCOR or a competent regulatory authority; or (f) extended account inactivity in accordance with phdraem's dormant account policy.

9.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your phdraem Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to your verified payment method, less any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity or financial transaction for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. phdraem will notify the Player via the registered mobile number prior to applying any dormancy fees. Dormancy fees will not reduce the Account balance below zero.

phdraem is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. Gambling on the phdraem platform is intended to be an entertainment activity and should never be pursued as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty.

phdraem provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings after phdraem Login:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings on your Account. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Configure in-session notifications to alert you when you have reached a specified play duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from play for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot access casino games but may withdraw any outstanding balance.
• Self-exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the phdraem platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months for standard self-exclusion.

All intellectual property rights in and to the phdraem platform, including but not limited to the phdraem name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces (excluding third-party game content), promotional materials, and written content, are the exclusive property of phdraem or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in phdraem's intellectual property.

Third-party game content accessible via the phdraem platform, including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Spadegaming, and other providers, remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and is subject to their own licensing terms. phdraem holds valid distribution licenses for all third-party game content made available on the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the phdraem platform without express written permission from phdraem.

The phdraem platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phdraem endeavors to maintain platform availability and performance, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdraem shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Any loss arising from a game malfunction, communication failure, or technical disruption, provided that the relevant wager has been voided and the wagered amount returned;
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials or from unauthorized access to their Account;
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the platform that does not constitute a direct contractual commitment by phdraem.

phdraem's total aggregate liability to any Player, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdraem collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The types of personal data collected, the purposes for which they are processed, the conditions under which they may be shared, and your rights as a data subject are set out in full in the phdraem Privacy Policy.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time, subject to the limitations set out in the Privacy Policy and the obligations imposed on phdraem by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact the phdraem support team via live chat or at [email protected] to seek resolution of any dispute informally. phdraem will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

Players who have complaints relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities may also submit a complaint directly to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

phdraem reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players via the phdraem platform notification system and/or via SMS to the registered mobile number at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by regulatory necessity.

Continued use of the phdraem platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
